Indian Gourmet is located in the London Bridge, just a stones throw away from the busy hustle and bustle of the historic Borough Market. It offers freshly cooked authentic home-style appetising, wholesome and real Indian food from different parts of India and Indian Sub-continent. The Sub-continent stretches from The Himalayas to the Indian Ocean, from the Arabian Sea to the Bay of Bengal. In addition, the menu consists of popular Indian street food and regional delicacies.

We had a very pleasant meal. The food was good & so was the service. We intend going back for more.

The overall experience was good. There were seven of us, including one vegetarian. For the non-vegitarians the food was good, except for one who chose scallops and found them to be tasteless lost in the sauce, however, the vegetarian commented that his food was poor. A minor, but annoying, side note: We ordered poppadoms for the table, two per head. This turned out to be two half poppadoms which was pretty annoying for all.

Great food, good portions and sensibly priced. Attentive and friendly service. Clean and comfortable rather than opulent or cool decor but that suits me.

Go here most match days for pre game lunch. Great food and great service. Knock out chicken Jalfrezi today just what I needed to set me up for the game.

A fantastic meal, absolutely delicious. We both had lamb dishes with the meat being extremely succulent and soft. The dishes are a very good size with the service attentive and very friendly. This great restaurant is a family business and always delivers the best food near London Bridge, great value and wonderful service. Thank you !

Hello Andrew, Thank you for the amazing compliment , we really appreciate it. We are indeed very gluten friendly. Apart from the breads and a couple of starters , almost all other food item is gluten free. The menu has been proof read and clearly denotes all of this . A lovely restaurant. Great food, lovely staff and good ambiance. It was very busy when we visited which gave the place a nice buzz. Would defo recommend Indian Gourmet.

A friend recommended the restaurant to us and it did not disappoint. Our reservation was late and we were there after most of the employees left but never felt rushed to leave. We asked for recommendations on what to order and everything was delicious. A real gem of a place and will certainly return.
