Wymara's premiere poolside restaurant and bar, INDIGO, by Chef Andrew Mirosch features fresh, wild-caught seafood, char-grilled premium branded meats, a wide selection of other entrees and starters, along with a raw bar selection, pasta's and food from the garden, with many dishes featuring Caribbean spicing and influences.

INDIGO restaurant and bar also features a separate thoughtfully curated Wellness Menu of vegan and vegetarian dishes. Housemade desserts are also an INDIGO specialty.

The name INDIGO was inspired by the deep color tones of the Caribbean sea and is also the name of Chef Andrew's second daughter. INDIGO restaurant and bar features Chef Andrew Mirosch's Caribbean inspired cuisine complimented with mixologist craft cocktails and spirits along with an extensive international wine list.

    From the moment you reach the host station to the moment you leave the Wymara grounds you enter a culinary paradise in which every detail has been readied for guests. Albert, or easier, is excellent. Helpful with and knowledgeable about the menu. Polite. Did not refer to the 4 of us as"guys." Handed me a utensil via a napkin not his hand. Staff knows how to approach a table with plates.Drinks were perfectly prepared. The salmon was a very large portion and it's crust was fabulous. The asparagus and Brussel sprouts were superbly prepared. Desserts are unique and delectable. The chef's visit to all tables seemed to be out of concern for his guests and informative about the seafood he exquisitely prepared. The ambience is classy as is the clientele and staff. This is fine dining done right and the best meal we enjoyed on provo this week.

    Beautiful restaurant and amazing service and food. We enjoyed the beef carpaccio to begin and the Lobster pasta and Lobster Thermador. Service was two steps above phenomenal, if possible!

    We loved the food , but service was sub optimal . Hostess placed us in the corner & so we were not able to appreciate the venue so well . We had high expectations because it’s rated #1 in the island .

    Went to Indigo for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely amazing. Dinner, drinks, and ambience were amazing. Would definitely recommend.

    So far, the best meal we’ve have on T&C. From the steak and lobster to the seafood curry it was all incredible. The steak was cooked perfectly and the curry had the perfect blend of flavors. Service was great. I would highly recommend!

    Hostess sat us right upon arrival, we did have a reservation, the first thing I noticed was how pretty the restaurant was. The service was great and the food was delicious, I had the salmon. I will definitely recommend Indigo to friends that will be visiting turks and caicos in a few months. I will also definitely come back next time I'm here.
