Wymara's premiere poolside restaurant and bar, INDIGO, by Chef Andrew Mirosch features fresh, wild-caught seafood, char-grilled premium branded meats, a wide selection of other entrees and starters, along with a raw bar selection, pasta's and food from the garden, with many dishes featuring Caribbean spicing and influences.

INDIGO restaurant and bar also features a separate thoughtfully curated Wellness Menu of vegan and vegetarian dishes. Housemade desserts are also an INDIGO specialty.

The name INDIGO was inspired by the deep color tones of the Caribbean sea and is also the name of Chef Andrew's second daughter. INDIGO restaurant and bar features Chef Andrew Mirosch's Caribbean inspired cuisine complimented with mixologist craft cocktails and spirits along with an extensive international wine list.

    We were greeted and sat promptly with the host pulling my chair out and placing the napkin across my lap. We had high hopes that the service would be excellent. Unfortunately it fell short by the end of the meal. Our server was attentive until we were finished with our entrees. Then we couldn’t find him anywhere. The person taking our plates asked us about dessert, which we ordered. There is nothing more annoying than when dessert comes out without silverware (and it was ice cream). We asked the runner to bring some utensils which he brought quickly. We did enjoy the food a lot.

    This was a repeat visit to indigo. The servers were very good and fairly attentive, the food was delicious but overpriced. After we paid the check and left we received several calls and text messages saying we had not paid the bill. We assured the staff that our American Express notified us of a completed payment and we had a copy of the signed payment. They called twice more to ask where we were staying and to pay the bill. This was insulting and poorly handled and left a very bad impression. We will not return to Indigo and expect an apology for the terrible experience.

    Was expecting a great experience. We were on time for our reservation for our anniversary meal. We were stuck in a corner table looking at service entrance. Server pushed to take order. Drinks came after the sampler plate arrived. Again pushing for entree order! Speed of the kitchen pushing out food was impressive but unappreciated and the lack of a well coordinated meal left us very disappointed. Food was fine but nothing can match the hype when timing is off or being rushed to re seat a table for profit over customer experience. For a three hundred dollar meal I expect more and many of the other high end restaurants around Grace Bay far surpass this restaurant in my opinion.

    Everything was excellent only issue I had was showing up for 7:15 resos on time and being told to wait 15-20 mins for my table. Felt like I was being forced to take an inside table when I had reserved an outside table. Other than that food and waiter were excellent.

    We were shocked when we entered the building from the parking lot, having no idea what to expect. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, really special. It is worth going even if it is just to see the location. Out of the three of us, two had their best meal on the island here. It is very expensive, however, so be warned. The server, Marcos, was very attentive and helpful. No complaints overall, except for the price.
