With Infini meaning “Limitless Possibilities”, Chef Urvin Croes wants to offer dishes made without boundaries, exploring new possibilities and stepping with two feet outside the box. A chef’s table concept where diners and staff are able to interact throughout the evening, channeling through a story guided by the menu.

Urvin has worked in different roles starting as an apprentice cook and ending as a Chef de Partie and Sous-Chef for the highest-rated hotel restaurants on the island of Aruba. He gained experience in Europe working with 1-Michelin star rated “Grand Hotel Karel V”.

He enjoys buying many of his ingredients from local farmers. It is a combination of all the aforementioned, which is reflected in the dishes created at Chef Urvin his restaurants. He has many accomplishments, which aside from his culinary degrees also include several medals and he is locally famous for being the first winner of ‘Iron Chef Aruba’.

From beginning to end a wonderful evening . The interesting ingredients and presentation were beyond compare . The tastes were new and so well balanced . A real treat to experience !

The tasting menu was delicious and the staff were so sweet and informative. I enjoyed the open kitchen to see how the prep work is for such extensive courses. It was a great special occasion experience.

The food was exceptional and the wine pairings were perfect! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Loved getting to meet the chef and watch the food being prepared!

Truly a special restaurant with an incredibly talented chef d’cuisine and team. A wonderful experience that was paced beautifully in a stunning setting. A must for foodies when visiting Aruba!

Another fantastic meal at Infini. The miso sea bass course was probably one of the best course of food that I have ever tasted - truly special.

Amazing experience!!! Have eaten all over the world and this is top 2 ever!!! Food amazing with complex flavors, farm to table fresh from local farmers. Chefs very personal and explain the complexities of each dish. Don't miss this restaurant experience if in Aruba.

As always the Chefs are creative and the meal is delicious; the wine pairings please the palate as well. Each visit is a wonderful event‼️
