The experience is elevated dining in a sleek and modern décor by NY designer Thom Felicia. We feature open air dining with a romantic view unique to the resort. The menu focuses on ‘new Caribbean’ cuisine with dishes that are light and delicious packed with lots of flavor with island inspiration. Infiniti highlights fresh ingredients and a menu that will comfort guests with items like jerk chicken or a Dungeness crab toast and satisfy with savory tamarind roasted salmon and grilled TCI spiny lobster (when in season) to name a few. Ceviches and sashimi style crudos are paired with local ingredients and asian inspired sauces to create a unique experience for Providenciales. Start with a mahi mahi ceviche in a thai red curry sauce before trying the sensational angus beef tartare with tobikko caviar.

Gorgeous outdoor setting right next to the beach. The food was presented well and tasted great, but clearly sat for too long before being served because it was room temperature. Server was very friendly, but he must have been covering too many tables because we barely saw him. I read in the reviews that there is new management. I hope they work out the kinks because there is definite potential in this restaurant, but our experience was disappointing.

Absolutely delicious sushi appetizer. That plus one glass of wine was $90. Still, the setting is beautiful and finding good food. Here is a challenge.

We were seated at 5:45. Food was served at 7:30. Tables around us were getting food that were seated long after we were seated.

Busy Friday night in-season. Drinks and starters came out well timed but entrees took forever. Server was very nice and apologized and gave us wonderful desserts. We weren’t in a hurry so not a big deal to us. We had a great table. Saw sunset. The DJ was awesome. Our college aged girls thought that he was great too. Overall high recommend. We would def go back.

We must have had the rude waitress that so many reviews have mentioned. We did not get the type of service expected at this type of restaurant. The food was good but not outstanding. The lobster tasted good but was extremely tough. Last year we tried to get into this restaurant but if was fully booked the entire 10 days we were on the island. This time it was easy to get into. The place was about 60% full. The bar was mostly empty. Perhaps this isn't as good as it once was.
