I had really high hopes for the pasta, but the marinara sauce tasted like it came from a cheap jar at the grocery store, and the ravioli also tasted like store-bought cheese ravioli. Also, everyone we interacted with who worked there seemed to have a snobby attitude.

Will definitely return. The staff was friendly and professional, for a busy night, our reservation was right on time. The hostess' suggestion for my meal was spot-on. delicious. I highly recommend.

My wife and I came here for brunch/lunch on Christmas. The food was great, the staff was friendly and we had a great experience overall. We would visit again the next time we're in Monterey.

Clam chowder didn’t hold up to the reviews I had read especially for the price. Middle of the road, I'd say. We went seeking the best clam chowder as professed by many reviews. Though I can't vouch for those review statements, it wasn't bad either. It came in either cup of bowl (server said 8 or 16 oz), so with excitement we went for the bowl. Not many clams and more potatoes and creamy soup base. My wife said tasted strangely can-like but as I don't think so, it just didn't meet the expectations. Other items on the menu looked good and eclectic but we were here for a quick bite. The dining room overlooks the street and ambiance was pleasant. Servers seemed a bit bored but it was Friday lunch with a few locals having lunch, I'd assume. Sorry.

We went to International Cusine because it had a decent menu on paper. My son had beef stroganoff that was just ok and I had basic Mediterranean salad. The check was $60 for a below average meal. Service was reasonable. There are much better places to have a far better meal for the same price or less in Pacific Grove.
