    Einfach nur wunderbar!! Hier braucht man die Glutenunverträglichkeit nicht erwähnen. Einfach mal bestellen, nach Herzenslust. Bitte eröffnen sie im Land noch mehr Filialen. Der Bedarf steigt sowieso.

    The experience was good overall, but I don't give it five stars because when I tried to call the cafe to confirm the reservation (as requested on the website), the call was hung up on me about five times. We only didn't run the risk of losing our reservation because my friend arrived in time to save the table. Regarding customer service and relationships, I give it three stars.

    Wir kommen einfach immer wieder gerne. Glutenfrei essen ohne nachdenken zu müssen ist erholsam für alle, die darauf achten müssen. Der Service ist super nett, wir fühlen uns schon wie zu Hause.

    Service bemüht, Lokal sehr eng. Am Freitag Nachmittag (15:30) keine Ware mehr. Vitrine war vollkommen leer. Sind extra wg. der Möglichkeit (Glutenfrei) durch ganz Frankfurt gefahren. War leider ein komplette Enttäuschung. In anderen Städten bis jetzt keine Probleme bei dieser Firma gehabt. Schade.

    Speisen und Getränke gut aber nur eine Kasse mit ewig langer Schlange. Unser Frühstück konnte nicht am Tisch bezahlt werden- ich musste mich am Ende der Schlange anstellen und 15 MIN warten bis ich zahlen konnte. Die Bedienung: "Wenn Sie ungeduldig sind, könnten wir Sie vorziehen, aber besser wäre es, wenn Sie sich anstellen würden!" Ich schaute Sie an. Sie: "Sind Sie ungeduldig???" Ich: "Nein, nur unglücklich über das Konzept" Antwort der guten Frau: "Tja, das haben wir uns nicht ausgedacht" und Abgang...

    As a celiac, I’m always a little nervous traveling. I’ve had quite a few cross contamination experiences throughout my travels and that’s never enjoyable. I was very excited to find Isabella and was welcomed very kindly and the whole experience was fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwiches and all the other food that I tried and will be back as much as I’m able through our trip.
