    Had lunch in Isabelle’s today it was just ok , found the menu very basic I expected little more from there . We sat in a corner couldn’t see anything, so we didn’t really feel the atmosphere. Had chicken burger and chips ,chips little cold I have had nicer burgers . The staff were very friendly.

    We booked this restaurant months in advance to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, but the experience was deeply disappointing. We were seated at a wobbly, cramped table that felt more appropriate for a fast-food outlet than a fine dining establishment. The table was positioned awkwardly near a grubby, floor-length curtain covering an exit door, which staff repeatedly used to serve customers seated outside. Each time the door opened, cold air rushed in, and the curtain flapped towards me, making the situation extremely uncomfortable. The experience felt degrading, as if we were being treated as less important than other patrons. I couldn’t shake the feeling that other diners were looking at us with pity, which only added to the embarrassment. Despite politely requesting to be moved twice, the issue wasn’t resolved. While the host did apologize and offered a 10% discount, which we appreciated, this situation should never have occurred in the first place. It completely overshadowed what should have been a special celebration. I don’t blame the waiting staff and the food was lovely. Such a pity.

    Hi we were a table of 4 we loved our meal service was good however 12.5% service charge added to the bill a bit much.
