Four of us chose Isla Blue for Thanksgiving Dinner. None were intersted in the Thanksgiving special. The menu offers an increible selection from both land and sea. We opted sea. Before discussing food, I would be remiss if I did not commment on our server, Clint. From the moment we sat, until we left, Clint demonstrated a highn\ly knowledgeable, professional and helpful approach. He falls into the category of the "menu guide" type of server, with stellar communication skills. All four of us remarked of this before we ever had anything served. It only got better. Coctail menu will offer you some great choices. Starting with appetizers, the Concha de Perla shared cold plate was an excellent choice. We also were intrigued by the North Drop Noodles , made from tuna. It did not let us down. Also enjoyed the Isla Roll. Mains included the whole fried snapper and the grilled lobster. I opted for the seared scalllop starter as my main. Rave reviews fro all, and everything elegantly plated. WIne menu is not deep, but ample interesting choices. We chose the Vionta Albarino which paired well with the mains. Shared desserts included the coconut cake, well liked, and the Mango, not as well liked. A final comment is that we were allowed to linger and never rushed to leave, although we were last, under the attentive care of Clint.

Stopped by earlier in the day to request a nice table for my family of 5. Spoke with the restaurant manager Nadine and was assured that it would be noted. Arrived on time for our 7:15 reservation only to be told that there would be a 20 minute wait. Once finally seated we were seated at the absolute worst table in the back corner of the dining room although there were other/better tables available. Towards the end of our meal I spoke with Nadine again. She was apologetic and did offer to move us to a nicer table for complimentary dessert but by then our experience had already been ruined and we just wanted to leave. *would have appreciated a text informing us of the 20 minute reservation delay *no attention made to specific requests/notes by the hostess *food was good but definitely not worth the price

Absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is wonderful with the sound of breaking waves from down below and the beautiful restaurant itself makes for a unforgettable dining experience. The food and service was the best we had all week. Thank you!

Our server Billy really made the experience and we ended up going back again later during the week of our trip. Food and ambience was the best out of all the spots we’ve been to on St Thomas. Nice coastal restaurant to dine after a long hot day out.

We really enjoyed our dinner the other night. We had drinks downstairs and watched the sunset but wished we'd have come up and watched from the bar in the restaurant! Either way it was great. The cocktails were great, the food was wonderful! My catch of the day was awesome and my husband really enjoyed his scallops. The midnight de leche for dessert was amazing! Elgin took good care of us (it wasn't busy so a few times we looked over for a drink and he was engaged in conversation with another employee) but we didn't feel neglected. Overall a wonderful last night in St Thomas!
