   The Garden Room was extremely loud, like nightclub loud. Very hard to have conversation. And the staff keeps opening the sliding patio door and often leaves it open which causes a bad draft, I had to keep my coat on to eat. The food and service was great though

   All the other reviews are accurate with the following exceptions: Had spicy Rigatoni, was excellent. Bread was awesome, warm and flavorful. Service was spot on, waiter kept checking to see if everything was good and if we needed anything. Water was constantly being filled. Only issue I had was lack of wine choices, very limited and temperature was overly warm for a red wine.

   I wish bread was still complimentary! I came with a few friends for a birthday and the drinks, food (even the skinny menu), and dessert were delicious! Can’t wait to go back!

   I came here with my husband for Valentine’s Day, our first time. It was great. service was great! Food was great! The garden room is pretty! Had a great Valentine’s Day dinner. we will be back for sure.

   Food and service was good. Music was way too loud which I was warned about by a friend who has been to the Garden City location multiple times so I’m guessing that’s their thing across all locations. Although the food was good I just feel like it was very over priced. Our bill for 2 people, 1 drink each, 2 small appetizers and 2 meals came to just over $200 after tip. Again the food quality was there but we have had a more elevated dinning experience at a fancy steak and seafood restaurant with filet mignon for much less. Also our Valentine’s Day reservation was supposed to come with a free glass of champagne as advertised when reserving which was one of the reasons we chose to dine at I.T.A. and that didn’t happen. We noticed all the tables around us didn’t have or were not given it either so we just let it go and didn’t say anything but it was misleading and disappointing.
