Itaca's provides a luxury afternoon tea, bottomless brunch, immersive cocktails experience, late night dessert, wine, cocktail and light dining experience, set in a traditional Grade II listed building with an eccentric pink bar, all within an instagrammable environment. You can come in during the evening, when the pink marble bar is lit-up, and enjoy a main and a cocktail for just £10 or you can enjoy our luxury afternoon tea or light food menu during the day. We also offer 2 for 1 cocktails Tuesday-Friday between 6pm and 8pm.

We were all very disappointed!! Same time last year the place was amazing, great service and ambiance and fabulous cocktails; this year absolutely awful. We had pre-booked, confirmation received but when we arrived, three blank faces, no smiled greeting and no reserved table, even though the place was virtually empty! We were offered a wobbly, sticky table in a dark corner. Unremarkable cocktails, served in sticky glasses in bird cages at London prices. Christmas decorations were abysmal, tired tinsel seemingly thrown over a mirror! We were even asked by the table next to us if there was somewhere local with atmosphere they could go?!!! Disappointing is an understatement and such a shame. Could do better

Unsure if it was a one off as they were short on staff but our afternoon tea and alcohol were all purchased at the local Tesco and we actually saw the staff carrying the Tesco bags through the restaurant into the "kitchen" to put the food onto plates. They even went out halfway through our booking to buy scones and jam. The staff were very sweet and the cocktails were lovely, but it's not really an afternoon tea when you have a Tesco Free From Brownie turn up chopped into 3 pieces on your plate.

Fantastic service very accomadating to me and my 8 rowdy friends on a hen do. Let us put decoarations up with no problems. Waitresses were fantastic friendly good service and all very helpful. Highly reccomend the brunch great value for money and easily the best bar the town has to offer.

Very cute place... Excellent staff, Excellent food, Excellent service.. I would visit the place again. We went to Mamma Mia event and had a blast!!!

The event was good but the staff were very miserable and not accommodating. We played bingo but the dj repeated the same songs over so no one had the chance to win the house. Me and my friends made the vibe as most people left because the vibe was slightly dead towards the end. We were supposed to have Kareoke but they only offered this to us literally just before they were shutting. They were supposed to close at 2 but they were chucking us out at 12. So we went to cameo. We loved the Mamma Mia theme but the staff could have done more.

Fab cocktails and fab service. We had a 30th birthday and ran late but we were still accommodated and had a lively couple of hours.

Enjoyed the evening not sure about the organ player seemed to put a different vibe on the evening My family have been before and said it was very different from the other times I would hope to come again and enjoy another experience xx

The staff were all young, not appropriately dressed, very inexperienced and lacked knowledge of their product/service and most importantly customer service left a lot to be desired! There were too many diners packed in which made getting up to help yourself to puddings extremely different and awkward. The nachos, when we finally got them were very tasty and a nice touch and the puddings we did have were adequate, but the wait for them was too long, lack of guidance from staff as to evening plan and staff drinking and vaping in clear site of diners we didn't feel was appropriate. idea very good, lots of tweaks and training needed - shame as bought for friends as gift!

The bottomless prosecco brunch is worth the money. The food was lovely and hot but not a lot of choices but still nice. The prosecco was lovely and chilled. The staff looked after us very well.
