Our handcrafted cocktails are artfully created from the finest selection of local and imported liquor, including different selections of mezcal, tequila, and rum—including some specialized IPA and wines from Mexico. I am writing to express my disappointment with the reservation experience I had through your platform. I recently booked a table at Ixta restaurant for my son’s birthday celebration. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, we discovered it was closed for renovations. This caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as the restaurant owner seemed surprised that your platform was still accepting bookings for their venue. This situation not only disrupted our plans but also reflected poorly on both your service and the restaurant’s reputation. I kindly request an explanation as to why the reservation was allowed and was not flagged as unavailable. Additionally, I would appreciate appropriate action being taken to ensure this does not happen again and, if applicable, compensation for this oversight. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

I made a reservation for this spot and when my husband and I arrived the restaurant was closed due to up coming renovations. I don’t understand how they would allow reservations if they are not available. A waste of a cab ride.

Als je van Mexicaans eten houdt dan ben je hier echt op het juiste adres. De smaken zijn erg goed, kwaliteit van de ingrediënten erg hoog en alle gerechten worden vrij snel geserveerd. De sfeer is oke maar niet zo sfeervol als andere trendy restaurants. Personeel is vriendelijk maar niet heel snel.

The restaurant was dead could be b/c we were there on a Wednesday. Took forever to get out apps (30+ mins) which usually not a problem but there were only 4 other tables. Happy Hour is only at the bar which is a bummer. Food was hit or miss. Esquites delicious and the nachos I got were okay but the chicken was really dry. Margs were delicious though and all the apps were good too.

They were closed and never received a notification. I ended up outside with my kids in very cold weather without a place to eat...

I had the pleasure of celebrating my wife’s 50th birthday with a group of 14 friends. We planned the event months in advance to secure a space. We selected the prix fixe menu for our large group and the food and service was exceptional! I would like to thank Maria taking care of our group! Maria made us feel valued as restaurant guests. Maria was extremely kind and professional and went about d and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Also, Christian the manager was great! He did an amazing job managing the restaurant and his mezcal flight presentation was top notch! The fire dancer was an exceptional touch and added excitement to a great evening. She took the time to greet our table and took pictures with our group. The food, service and ambiance was made for a memorable evening for my wife’s 50th birthday celebration! Keep up the good work! Last, but not least, special thanks to Daynah at group reservations for helping me get everything scheduled with the menu and seating arrangements. Daynah was so helpful and responsive to my emails and requests for information. Awesome job!

Service was a comedy of errors, food was fine just took a long time and dishes came all out of order. Probably won’t return.

Service was good, beautiful decor but the food was extremely salty. The only dish that wasn’t over salted was the calamari. Also, the spicy margarita tasted lime lime juice and tequila, not spicy at all.
