Ive been living in Dubai for over 3 decades and its my first time to ever receive a bday card signed by staff.. that one really got me as its a very personal gesture from Izakaya.. Well done!

Extremely friendly and supportive staff made this stay a great fun experience. Food was excellent and plentiful. We highly recommend this restaurant. 👍

We really loved the whole experience. Positively surprised by the service and attendance. Food is delicious and we’re coming back definitely

Were sat at the table from 6pm, appetizers came well after 6:35 pm, unprofessional waiter, unfortunately was our chef’s first time in dubai and missed some tricks he could not do, then after everything being extremely late we were asked to move for dessert at 8pm to another table. the desert took ages and we all had to go up to staff twice to inform them we have not received anything. organized this for my uncle and aunts anniversary and it completely ruined it to the point where we didn’t even do a proper cake cutting and just went home after waiting in the seat they moved us to waiting for half an hour + for desert and the cake. Also was told a complimentary slice of cake will be given for anniversary, which was not.
