   First off, when making my reservation. I requested a 4 top booth so my wife and I could sit together as it is date night. The manager tried to sit us at a 1/2 booth, 2 top table. Which means we would have to sit across from each other. Also, I'm the kind of person who likes to purchase lots of food, making the table extremely small and unable to do that. So, I requested the manager to change our location to a 4 top. He sat us in the bar, expecting us to be happy with the world's smallest table in a booth, and the table was shaped oddly, so we were unable to get both of our plates on one side and had to scrunch in. She ordered the mushroom Bolognese, and I had prime rib. The Bolognese noodles we're undercooked and still kind of hard. The prime rib was pretty good. Our server only came by a couple of times. We had to wait a long time to request anything or refills. I knew it would take forever if I ordered dessert, so we decided to pass. It took another twenty minutes before we received our bill. The price wasn't too bad compared to a lot of other date nights I've been on, but I did make a note on their copy that said I was SAD! :-( WE WON'T BE GOING BACK THERE ANYMORE!

   Rude service. Brought out the completely wrong meal and acted like we had changed our order. Had to ask for items twice and in the end we gave up and dealt with it in order to get the meal over with as soon as possible.

   This is our second time back since the remodel. Our friend from out of town was visiting and so we brought him here. We were excited that they introduced a Sunday Three Course Prime Rib Dinner too. Unfortunately, they ran out of Rare and Medium Rare Prime Rib and the Cream Spinach tasted off this time. Perhaps demand was higher than expected because of the introduction of the Three Course Prime Rib Dinner as service was off. We do miss the Classic Izzy's Local Neighborhood Vibe and Culture. It would be nice if Izzy's Classic Menu returned. The introduction of the Three Course Prime Rib Dinner which comes with two sides is a start. Maybe they could make the last week of the month Classic Izzy's Menu Week.

   Izzy's was our regular Friday Night Father and Son Dining Tradition before Remodel and a place for Business Dinners as well as taking out of town guests. It was a good neighborhood gem. We understand that the restaurant industry has had its challenges since the pandemic with rising costs in supplies, wages and finding workers and knew of the changes such as paying for Bread Service and for sides. Food was good. The bread service was good and they gave you a generous size load. The remodel is nice. We do miss the Classic Izzy's Local Neighborhood Vibe and Culture. It would be nice if Izzy's Classic Menu returned.

   The food was delicious and the service was so attentive. We sat in the lounge in a cute little booth for 2 that was really cozy and inviting. The trout was delicious if you want to get a non steak item. Highly recommend!

   Nice experience overall but the table was so small they had trouble getting the food on it.

    This was our first time back since the remodel. I could not wait to get back for the cowboy ribeye. Although it was good, It was definitely not amazing as I remember. The restaurant looked very nice but it was a little cold, as it felt like the AC was on full blast. The service was very good as usual.
