Set in a historic 19th-century Victorian, once-turned-local hospital. Now a vibrantly restored dining atmosphere, a wonderfully appointed Bed and Breakfast.

The Kirby Hotel & J. Paul's Dining Room features a fresh, bright menu with something for everyone's taste and price point. Carefully crafted cocktails, an array of award-winning wines, and a culinarily modern, yet classical take on food await your evening. Given multiple awards for its outstanding dining and service.

The staff and Chef LaBelle give a friendly and personable approach to your dining experience. Fresh Locally sourced products are used at their prime. The Prime-aged Prime Rib and Duck dishes are signatures, there are always fresh fish and seafood options as well as vegan and vegetarian options. We cater to all dietary needs.

In the summertime, we offer outdoor seating on our wrap-around porch or our beautifully landscaped back deck overlooking a large pond with a fountain with often-seen wildlife

      Food was very bland. Lamb chops very chewy to the point almost could not eat. Prime rib ordered medium done and came out well done. Trout had no flavor very bland. First time at restaurant and it came up very short on food. Huge problem for this restaurant they publish no menu online, says menu changes all time. As soon as we looked at menu we kind of knew should not have dined that day at this restaurant.

      Started with braised ribeye sliders which were so tasty. The veal ossobuco was phenomenal! Service by Courtney always is excellent!

      Wonderful experience, everyone tried a different dish, from Prime Rib, Mushroom Ravioli, Veal, and Fish - all were fantastic, which is quite a feat for a kitchen to pull off. Cannot wait to go back!

      We really enjoyed our experience, our server Kira was exceptional and attended to our every need. I understand she also makes the desserts there and they were amazing!! Our meal was a 10 out of 10, Chef Chris never disappoints!
