   I was looking for a restaurant that was within walking distance from the Four Seasons Centre and was lucky enough to find this restaurant. The atmosphere is a very welcoming, elegant, fine dining experience. My daughter and I reserved seats at the sushi counter so we could watch the chefs in action. Everything that we saw prepared while we were looking at the menu looked beautiful and delicious so we decided to order the 5-course tasting menu. Every course was perfect. The knowledgeable server was attentive, explained what each course was, sauces to use and the recommended order to eat the sashimi. I wish we had taken some pictures of the courses, but we were too 'in the moment' to think of that--you'll just have to go and see for yourself.

   Bluefin tuna and the prawn pressed sushi were excellent! Quite a decadent meal, in general I would say less is more as we over ordered. Going back again I would get the Assorted Sashimi and only one or two rolls for two people.

   The sushi was underwhelming. Chicken was decent. A tad bit overrated imo. Service and ambiance was excellent.

   Great sushi, and dining experience. The karage was the only underwhelming dish. It was a bit soggy. Highly recommend.

   Simply the best Japanese place in Toronto! Our second visit in the year to try "new" tasting menu at $125pp, which is a downscaled version of bigger $175pp they carried last year. It was fantastic! Same flow, smaller portions, yet still in abundance. They were very accommodating to our crustaceans allergy; the overall service was sublime, led by Sofia. Special note on the drinks menu - Paul let us try a few very creative drinks, he rocks! Thank you Jabistro team, we will be back.

    I’ve been going to Jabistro for the last couple of years; the service and the food never disappoint me. You guys make the best aburi. The lady who served me is so kind and great at her job (love her after-sale service as well ;) ). Thank you!!
