A lovely venue with very attentive staff and good food at value prices would definitely recommend again however the later it got the more noisy at the time but that’s okay too

i read the food critiques, to determine where to eat. like you do, this place, in my estimation, have not got words for superlatives for Jack and Harrys. 1. Service: I eat often at the Vandelay restaturants. They are close to house. Have a variety of choices ! Each has a team of great people. Service oriented. Knowledge of the menus. Prompt service. Friendly and professional. 2. Food Quality. Filet Mignon is phenomenal. Caesar Salad is delicious. I had Okra and Rice Pilaf! It was wonderful. My guest had the gumbo and said is was delicious and the wedge saled was goo. 3. My mahattan is clearly the best in dallas. It is costly. Consider Sinder Plaza has 4 of his restaurant locations East hamption, Jack and Harry and I believe two others. It is fantastic. I think this will be a national winner.

10/10 service from the moment we walked in. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Our waitress Katie was amazing, attentive and knowledgeable. I loved the steak frites. The meat was cooked perfectly and paired with a delicious creamy sauce. The drinks were strong and well made. Everything was so good. Definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our visit.. food was great! The service was very slow.. waitress was forgetting our drink orders.

Best steak frites in Dallas! The ambience is fantastic. It’s the perfect place for a date or a fun group dinner. Food and drinks are reasonably priced for an upscale ambience.

My fourth time here and my colleague’s seventh. All previous visits were outstanding in every way. This one was highly disappointing. The reasons- - revised menu eliminating simple things like small salads - changes to previously great menu options like the redfish that were a big step backward - some significant changes to prices with no increase in associated value Service was great. Management representative was most engaged and understood our concerns. New management and new chef? Results are not so good.

Food and service were great! Steaks were cooked well and sides were nice. Service was very attentive.

Great place. Could have more interesting herbs/spices and menu is fairly plain, but a classy restaurant. Wine list is “okay” but pricy by the glass. Look forward to my 4th visit!
