   I love the new menu choices. No more ala carte. Ala carte is still available but, you get 6 or 8 entree choices on the courses menu

   I had a great time at Jack Binion's Steak house in council bluffs. I think for their prices they are very reasonable and fair. The wine is good for restaurant pricing. We had an outstanding service from Jeff. I thought he delivered great suggestions and honest feedback. He even steered us in directions that I wasn't expecting but was very happy with my choices that he recommended. I honestly think that Jeff made my experience so positive at JB's. I would go back just for the hospitality that Jeff provided.

   Tried the fall salad - excellent! Lobster bisque- delicious! Caramel apple drink - yummy. Hubby had ribeye and hashbrowns (could have fed 5 people). Service was excellent. Atmosphere- gorgeous.

   The Prime Ribeye was fantastic. One of the best steaks I have had. Jeff’s service for our table went up and beyond resulting in our perfect experience.

   Although very friendly, service was very slow. It was not crowded at all, with several open tables. Cowboy ribeye was undercooked. Asked for medium and it was more medium rare. I think they forgot the seasoning as the only flavor you could taste is that of meat on a grill. The Ceasers salad was bland and could not taste the dressing. The crab cakes were good as was the sea bass. Overall, I would return but sample other menu items.

   Ordered the cowboy ribeye medium rare. The entire steak was super bloody, no seasoning and full of fat. Will never order there again. Sent back the steak for additional cooking at the waitresses suggestion and it never went back on the grill. Also ordered the garlic asparagus, but it had so many cloves of garlic on it it would have kept vampires away for 5 years!

    Angel was our server and did an excellent job explaining what was available and always checked on us to see if we needed anything . We enjoyed our conversation with her and the food was excellent ! Both of us ordered the beer battered shrimp which is wonderful ! Also we were celebrating our anniversary, and we were to full for dessert . But Angel said she had something to bring … Here she came with a scoop of ice cream with a candle ! How thoughtful and thank you Angel !
