As the festivities unfold, enjoy a decadent three-course prix-fixe lunch. The celebration wouldn't be complete without the spirit of Mardi Gras filling the air – expect appearances by Mardi Gras Indians, vibrant second lines, and music that will keep the energy high and the good times rolling. Let’s toast to the weekend ahead and revel in the magic of Carnival at Jack Rose! Final price determined by prix-fixe menu plus beverages, tax & gratuity. Note: There is a $25 per person cancellation fee if booking is not canceled within 48 hours prior to the reservation.

We booked this dinner for our anniversary. First we were given a terrible table and had to ask to switch. Literally 1 minute after we got our food, and then every 3 minutes, someone would come over and try to clean it up or take it away. We felt like we were being rushed out, when they were still seating table and large groups. When I booked I said it was our anniversary and no one said happy anniversary once or did anything special like every other place we have been. The food was good but the service was truly disappointing.

Our third visit and for brunch. The food was definitely not up to the coast experiences, neither panini or Benedict was very tasty. We will not return there are too many other good brunch options.

We noted in our reservation that it was our anniversary. We were greeted at the host stand and we wished a happy birthday then it was corrected. When I asked the waitress about the chicken parmesan she said it was a good choice so I ordered it. It should be on the menu as fried chicken as it is 4 pieces of fried chicken served with noodles and red sauce. My husband’s short rib was mostly fat. We we’re beyond disappointed by the food given the previous reviews. We were also disappointed that there was no further acknowledgement of our anniversary. We were not given a dessert but saw someone at the next table receive a small dessert with a candle. This meal was a disappointment and the worst we had during our week in New Orleans. For this price point, there are better options especially for a special occasion.

Overall, not that great of an experience. We felt pushed into bottles of water we never ordered , no bread service available, server must have called me “ma’am “ at least 10 times, food portions were small, sides are extra. Felt very much like a tourist trap type place we generally try to avoid .

We dined for the first time here. We were greeted with a warm & inviting ambiance. I was tempted by the flights of bourbon for $26, but it wS a waste of money as my palate is not sensitive enough to discern much of a difference from these small batch bourbons. As for food, I stated with the Fennel & Pear salad followed by the Fettuccini Nero. Both were delicious, but the serving sizes were a bit on the small side. My Wife (who is not a big eater) enjoyed the Tenderloin Carpaccio followed by the Crispy Oysters. We skipped dessert. Everything was a la carte, so it added up pretty fast. Since it was our anniversary, The total cost did not bother me, but this is not a restaurant to frequent except on a special occasion.
