From the OpenTable editors: Wife-and-husband team Corrie and Shuai Wang careened into the local dining scene with a popular food truck in 2014 and a permanent spot in 2019, capturing the attention of Bon Appétit and Eater, plus a rising star chef nom from James Beard.     We used to love Jack Rabbit Filly we came at least once a month. This was our first time to the new location since it’s opening and we were disappointed. The new location does have a lot more room but it was insanely loud and crowded so hard to hear. The lighting was very dim and hard to see the menus. The karaage was still amazing as always. But several of our favorites were removed or changed. For example the potato and leek dumplings were our favorites and now they are completely different and not as great. The service was also extremely slow. We ordered at 6:30 and did not get our first dish until 7:40. Overall just a mediocre experience compared to our normal 11/10

    Very different Chinese experience. Food was OK-not great, but expensive. Fried rice was very good. Vodka Tonics were weak.

    First time in your new location and it won’t be my last. The service was excellent, the food was wonderful and and the atmosphere was very inviting and felt like a family gathering. As soon as you walked in the door the staff made you feel so welcome. Please pass along my congratulations to you team on making our experience such and outstanding night.

    Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. “Creative” is a word that comes to mind when you go from reading the menu, to seeing and smelling the food, to then tasting how it all comes together. First time there and will NOT be our last!

    First time at the new location and everything was delicious. We sat at the bar, restaurant was very busy but food and drinks came out in a timely manner. The tartare was nothing short of spectacular - highly recommend!

    New space is very nice. Food is as wonderful as ever. My only issue is with the size of the tables for two - not much room to maneuver once you have three or more dishes on the table along with water glasses, wine and cocktail glasses. I know there’s not much to be done - just an observation and that won’t keep us from coming back soon
