We ordered a 12 once filet mignon to share with my wife and I. What we got looked much less than 12 onces. We discussed this with the restaurant and they assured us it was 12 onces. So we felt gyped on the quantity, not the quality.

We dined at Jack’s on New Year’s Eve as we have done in previous years. This time we were sat in a small back room that smelled horrible, and had the loudest 8 party table seated in the very small space (I’d asked to be seated in the main dining area, but was told the only available tables were reserved for larger parties). My husband and I could barely hear each other speak! All of the other tables were also giving that party the side-eye when they would erupt into boisterous laughter, so we weren’t the only ones bothered by the loud group. This night, the food was mediocre to boot. For $200, I expect my food to be great! I’ve eaten here on many occasions, but after this experience I will definitely think twice about dining here again.

Jack's is a great steak house with a nice upbeat ambiance -- not stuffy at all. The steaks, sides, and drinks were all first rate.

Christmas day service was slow, Hostess was also taking orders and bartending. Otherwise 5 stars, food and drinks were top notch. The place to go for a steak.

Everyone was attentive. The food was excellent. We went on Christmas Eve and it was a very nice vibes. Would go back again.

Slow service. Filet cooked perfectly. I had salad with chicken- average. Need more Cabernets by the glass- 1 isn’t enough, need a choice. When focaccia was brought- no marinara- I asked but person didn’t know English?! We didn’t have appetizers or dessert but still took over an hour and a half!
