The food was cold and undercooked. The bread I ordered was not even heated up.

The food was truly awful. There were 4 of us, we all ordered different dishes, and all of the dishes were equally terrible. The total bill for the 4 of us was $410, which is quite expensive for food that is worse than a roadside diner. We basically walked away hungry because we could not eat any of the dishes.

The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. That was the highlight of the experience. Food took a really long time to come out, which made sense because they were very busy. However, we had to repeatedly ask for water and it took like 30 minutes to get some. The atmosphere is pretty but the dog policy was very distracting. As it was Christmas Eve, they had the grinch and a snowman walking around, causing many dogs to freak out. They were loud and stressed out, making it difficult to enjoy our meal as the environment caused a sensory overload. Overall, it was fine. The food was okay, not great. Probably won’t be back but if you are looking for a pet friendly place with lots of ambiance, it’s probably a good option.

Enjoyed the festive Christmas atmosphere. Carolers were great! Prime rib was perfect.

I initially made our reservation for Jack’s as my party I’ll enjoy cioppino. Unfortunately upon arrival, we came to learn that the cioppino did not include crab. Our table of eight all concluded that it is not a cioppino if it does not have crab… so nobody ended up ordering the cioppino. In addition, we were seated right next to the hostess stand with many distractions as well as the outside door nearby, which can was in constant use so we were burst with the cool air. Once the restaurant was in full swing, the amount of body heat seemed to tone that down. The room was very entertaining and lively which everyone very much enjoyed. Our waiter Jesus did a fabulous job overall I’d give it a four star.

We went to Jack's for my birthday. It was a group of 6 people. The food was good but the service was awful. The server took our order and then we waited around 40 minutes for our food. We enjoyed the food but we waited for around 30 min after we all finished for the check. Our server was nowhere to be found. I had to go to the bar and ask for the check and even then we waited another 15-20 min until our server came. Overall, it was not a great experience, and I probably won't be coming back.

Friendly service but one busboy delivered dessert, turned around and left our entrees on the table. Noah happened to walk by afterwards and noticed our table. He looked perplexed as to why no one cleared for us and he promptly cleared. Kudos to him. I mentioned this to the front of the house and she said she’d mention it to her manager. Incidentally she was very kind to give us our requested table. Except for the prime rib, food was lukewarm not hot. Good beet salad and bisque and halibut would’ve been better if it were hot. Pumpkin pie was still thawing. Crust was cold. For the price including tip we will have to take a pass on this for next thanksgiving.

Jack's has a beautiful setting, service was excellent and the food was delicious! Very reasonably priced, as well.
