The food was good. Our waiter never came back to ask us how everything was or if we needed refills for our drinks.

They really do have one of the best lobster rolls I've ever had! Went for a birthday lunch and really enjoyed everything. We will be back to try another version of their lobster rolls. There are several!

This is usually a great place to eat. The food is consistently delicious. When using open table, it showed only late time available. When we arrived, it was not busy, but they were definitely ready to close. DO NOT BOOK RESERVATION AFTER 8pm on sunday.

friends and I went on 2/2 specifically for the fabulous rib eye from the weekly specials menu. That menu was posted on the website and Facebook even tho it was restaurant week. Curious about that, called few days before and was told yes on specials menu. Apparently this was not the case, quite disappointed , but will say the mgr did right by us offering to discount our bill! Everyone agreed great customer service keeps a customer! but Jackson Hall needs to keep communication accurate. BTW, the skirt steak was quite good but not on the level of their ribeye..

this is the 2nd time we have been to Jackson hall and did not disappoint this time for restaurant week. the food was cooked perfectly and the portions are huge (even for restaurant week menu) and the service was great. will be back again. the chef/owner even came out to see how everyone was doing. you don't see that too much anymore in a restaurant . overall good quality food for a fair price in todays economy . and we also had the mussels appetizer steam pot - can be enough for a whole meal .

The service could not have been better. Our server, Onassis R, was awesome. The food was amazing. The creativity of the menu and the chef was very impressive. It was nice to see Chef Mike walking around the dining room talking to the customers. I would highly recommend going to Jackson Hall if you have not been there yet, the dining room is a little bit loud but all the good outweighs by far the noise level. We will definitely be back again to try some of the other dishes. The portion sizes were also very generous .

Waitstaff was good, Food was just ok. Food was cold, but was taken back and warmed. Dining room was very noisy especially with the music coming through the speakers

Excellence all around. Seated on time accordingly to the Reservation. Service was Excellent as server was around multiple times to check on us. Even the Executive Chef and Owner was around checking on the satisfaction of everything at each table. Food was Excellent. Must try the Lobster Bisque. Moderately prices menu but the portions are huge and plentiful. Note, the place is always packed, so make sure you make a reservation and the parking lot is always packed so you may need to find a spot across the street. Final note, this restaurant is a must to at least try. I know you will be back for more.

The food at Jackson Hall was great. We had the Land and Sea dinner, the crab cake and the calamari appetizer's and for dessert the cheese cake and tartufo and all was excellent. Our service was excellent. Meghan our waitress was attentive ans were those who brought us our food and bused our table. Each course was served with good timing. We never felt rushed. I would highly recommend Jackson Hall.
