   Love this place love The food .. super noisy in the add on room ..could barely hear my friends talking .. took 15 min to get a waitress to engage and even bring us water .. that was a bummer if we were on the bar side that never happens

   Jackson’s is a great place for just about any occasion. Food is delicious and service is wonderful.

   Love this place! The service was so good and that can really make all the difference. We had a beautiful table upstairs and the wait staff was so attentive, before I even realized my drink was done we had refills. The food was so good and so well priced and the portion size was excellent. We had a veggie appetizer that was so delicious and shared the steak. My favorite restaurant in Santa Rosa!

   We felt rushed to give up the table and our server- though attentive, forgot items and refills

   Always a go to when in Santa Rosa. Good food and cocktails. Great service and awesome ambiance

   Jackson’s is a family favorite. They have plenty of selection and often add new items to the menu. Last night I tried the steak sandwich and it was delicious. My wife loves the cocktails and my kid loves the pizzas. Great family dining. I definitely recommend this restaurant

   Second time dining here. Reservations needed, popular place and location. The burrata is soooo good!

   Food was just okay. Nothing special. The service was slow with an arrogant attitude. We likely won’t be back. Go to Grossman’s instead.

   We are fond of Creekstone Farms beef and enjoyed Jackson's NY Strip. The steaks were requested medium but came a bit more to the medium-well side compared to other restaurant steaks (yes, we love beef and eat a lot of it). The arugula side was undressed with nothing else (no radish, carrot, tomato, etc.), so it was dry w/o dressing. With no accompanying ingredients the arugula bitterness was prominent; some like this but I know some people do not. The French fries weren't the best and we left them after a few bites. Service was excellent, noise was deafening and unpleasant.

    Jackson's menu is fairly limited, but what is there is tasty. Our server was Maya and she was excellent. The restaurant is very clean with a great vibe. I would happily go back!
