   Fresh grouper and lump crab fresh and tasty. Emily, our server, made the experience extra special: friendly, fulll of life and a great server.

   We arrived early for our reservation to an empty dining room and they weren’t seating anyone. We were seated 10 minutes after our reservation time and led to a table outside in a section with no heaters. The table was not prepared for seating and we even had to borrow salt and pepper from a neighboring table during our meal. We waited 15 minutes to be greeted after approaching the host and telling them we had been neglected. We waited another 10 minutes for our drinks. I sent my martini back as it was served without a sugar rim and in a glass that was warm to the touch. We thankfully received our meals in a timely manner which we were concerned about because we watched the tables around us waiting for their food for the entire time we were seated. Very poor operations. The manager would be better served on the floor instead of manning the host stand with three employees.

   Terrible service and the food was not prepared as ordered. Requested indoor on my reservation and they put us outside

   We love Jackson's Bistro! I have hosted dinners there since 2002. 22 years ago. I've celebrated Birthdays, friends, etc . Julia was an amazing server. Thanks Julia. We went to the Sebastian Manascalco show, and you made it a great start.

   Great venue for large brunch group. Our server, David, was wonderful! He was super attentive, quick and made our experience so much fun. His banter made the birthday celebration that much better!!

    Food quality was ok. Service was fair. We were not told about specials (over heard different server telling their table), was not offered bread for table (had to ask after seeing other tables), Caesar salads came out with entrees (Manager did comp salads since it appeared that we were not happy), never asked for seconds on drinks while eating our meal. Expected more with price point on a slow night.
