   Food and view was wonderful and came out in a timely manner. Server was horrible. He couldn’t remember any of our orders even though it appeared he wrote them all down. He came back several times to have us repeat what we ordered. Never had an experience like that before at this restaurant. We love this place and will continue to come back for the food and drinks

   We love going to Jackson’s! As locals, it is one of our favorite spots. Outside dining is always enjoyable. Unfortunately on this visit the band was so loud we could not even have a conversation. We even moved a few tables away and it was simply too loud.

   We made a reservation in advance. The location is beautiful , especially if you sit outside. After we were seated the server showed up after 15 minutes, another 15 minutes to get the drinks. Appetizers and main dishes came at the same time. So there was no point to order appetizers. Terrible cocktails , especially espresso martini, just black tasteless cheap coffee and no alcohol . Bad experience overall . The server was kind and apologized all the time. Probably poor management and lack of personnel.

   I have been coming here for years now. Greatly saddened and disappointed with the service and food last night. This has been a routine spot for my family and I, and this far has been amazing 5 stars across the board. But the lack of attentiveness was unbelievable. The entire restaurant was not busy so we did not understand. The food was simply just okay and some things just was not good. It truly was disappointing, because we brought two new customers with us, and it made it seem like we over hyped this restaurant which was disheartening. Because our past experiences were so good. But we are sad to say last night will truly be our last visit. Sorry Jackson’s but that was a horrible experience.

   Was there for a birthday dinner for myself, and the service was absolutely fantastic! Our server was respectful and very polite. I’ve been here twice, but this dinner party here was top tier and I appreciate the experience and the effort that this restaurant gives! yall are awesome! Keep it up!

    My daughter was visiting from out of town and my son came home from school so we went out for a nice dinner. All of our food dishes were prepared perfectly. The service was excellent. Maybe the thing I like most about Jackson’s is the value. Really great food and service that does not break the bank.
