   The brussel sprouts appetizer is so good! You can’t go wrong with the honey chicken or filet. Yum!

   Our reservations were 8:15 and we arrived 5 minutes early: we stood in a long line at the front desk for 15 minutes while we watched several of the associates just look at the line and whisper among themselves. We were finally seated and waited another 15 minutes just to get water. The server never apologized, never introduced herself and while waiting painfully long for just the first course-we us to ask for at least some bread. When she finally brought us the first course, she forgot the dressing for the salad and then continued to forget until she realized and brought one small serving with no apology yet again. Then we sat there after my husband had his salad and crostini and waited while we watched others waiting and very few getting served. We watched out several make a decision NOT to come back and tell us there way a delay. When it was almost 2 hours in, we asked to see the manager. The assistant came over only to tell us in would be another 20 minutes for our food. The tables beside us had all been waiting that long as well. Everyone became upset. The Assistant was nice and offered us a gift card but the damage was done. The GM should have come over or even been present. We are care takers for 2 sets of parents and we just wanted a lovely night out. We are very patient but this was a AWFUL unprofessional experience from beginning to end.

   We came here for Valentine’s Day. While I realize it’s a busy day, it did not seem like the restaurant could handle the amount of people that were there. Too many tables crammed in the space and you kind of feel like you’re eating with random people since the tables were so close together. There was also a very loud band playing in their bar area, which is where we were seated. We saw people who came in after us get their food before us. Our drinks took a long time as well. I would eat here again because the food was good but definitely not on a busy night.

   The food was delicious and tasted very high quality. The staff was charming and professional, what you expect from a higher end restaurant. The restaurant was clean, and we liked the inner ambiance. It's hard to say there is a better restaurant in its area, and I would recommend anyone to go to Jackson's. ALSO, lots of parking options! Service, food, atmosphere -5 out for 5 performance

   We had a wonderful dinner and food was terrific. My husband and I went there for dinner. It would have been a little nicer if they had slightly bigger tables for 2 people. It just felt like we had no room on our table. The only other thing was that a large group of people came in who were a little noisy. One of them gets up and walks to the center of the room and starts talking very loud on the phone in baby talk. Although this isn't really Jackson's fault, my suggestion would be to possibly have moveable partitions scattered throughout the room to try to create a little more privacy. Besides that, everything was great! The timing of when the food came out was perfect and the temperature of the food was perfect as well!

   Food was average, especially for the price. Service and atmosphere were really good tho. A lot better food for the same money or less dinner for two was almost $200
