   Have never been here husband and I wanted to try a new place and will def be back. Loved everything about this place how it looked, food, and service was wonderful.

   Our experience was one we will not forget. We were celebrating our 3rd anniversary, and we will most definitely be back because it was a perfect night.

   A group of 6 went to Jacksons to celebrate a birthday. It is definitely a special occasion place, the food was great, the service was above and beyond. We were not rushed to finish and leave being that it was the day after Valentines Day.

   The brussel sprouts appetizer is so good! You can’t go wrong with the honey chicken or filet. Yum!

   Our reservations were 8:15 and we arrived 5 minutes early: we stood in a long line at the front desk for 15 minutes while we watched several of the associates just look at the line and whisper among themselves. We were finally seated and waited another 15 minutes just to get water. The server never apologized, never introduced herself and while waiting painfully long for just the first course-we us to ask for at least some bread. When she finally brought us the first course, she forgot the dressing for the salad and then continued to forget until she realized and brought one small serving with no apology yet again. Then we sat there after my husband had his salad and crostini and waited while we watched others waiting and very few getting served. We watched out several make a decision NOT to come back and tell us there way a delay. When it was almost 2 hours in, we asked to see the manager. The assistant came over only to tell us in would be another 20 minutes for our food. The tables beside us had all been waiting that long as well. Everyone became upset. The Assistant was nice and offered us a gift card but the damage was done. The GM should have come over or even been present. We are care takers for 2 sets of parents and we just wanted a lovely night out. We are very patient but this was a AWFUL unprofessional experience from beginning to end.

   We came here for Valentine’s Day. While I realize it’s a busy day, it did not seem like the restaurant could handle the amount of people that were there. Too many tables crammed in the space and you kind of feel like you’re eating with random people since the tables were so close together. There was also a very loud band playing in their bar area, which is where we were seated. We saw people who came in after us get their food before us. Our drinks took a long time as well. I would eat here again because the food was good but definitely not on a busy night.

    From the beginning it was disappointing. We had a reservation for a high top but were told none were available and they would have to change us to a regular table. And we realize it was Valentine’s Day but the time between courses was ridiculous. It took us 2-1/2 hours to eat our dinner (we ordered right after one drink, which also took a long time to get). The food was good but not so exceptional that we would return.
