    We had high hopes for Jacopo, and while the food itself was genuinely good, the experience was overshadowed by the extremely long wait time. We arrived for our reservation at 9 PM and didn’t get our main courses until 10:20 PM—an hour and 20 minutes later. That kind of delay is hard to justify, especially when you’re hungry and expecting a smooth dinner service. The staff were polite, and the atmosphere was nice, but the pacing of the evening was completely off. Eating dinner that late wasn’t the plan, and unfortunately, it left a bitter note on what could have been a great night out. If you’re planning to dine here, be prepared to wait—and maybe bring a snack.

    Worst service ever. Took around 10 min to ask for what type of water we wanted and another 5 to bring it plus another 5 to come back to ask for our order… We ended up leaving and paying $15 for the sparkling water we order. Ridiculous.

    Vraiment basic comme manger. Les pâtes très dure ce n'est certainement pas des pâtes fraîches. Pétoncles et crevettes miniatures et seulement 2 morceaux de homard. Entré de fromage et viandes parmesan couper en dé ouf...et mortadelle pas digne d'Italie. Très décevant et trop chère pour la qualité.

    Wonderful meal and service. Such an amazing experience. Highly recommend the pasta prepared in a cheese wheel! Great food for a great price! Will definitely return when in Montreal!

    Carpaccio de boeuf rose pâle noyé sous le glaze de balsamique… Salade César insipide sans câpres ni anchois Pâtes saucisses et rapini correct mais sans plus… orecchiettes trop cuites Tagliatelles ragu d’agneau avec des morceaux de gras tellement gros! J’ai du demander une assiette à pain à la serveuse pour les mettre dedans. Ça m’a coupé l’appétit d’avoir ce morceau de gras dans la bouche! Nous étions venus pour les pâtes dans la meule de pecorino, ils ne le font pas le samedi car trop de monde. Le vin que nous voulions n’était plus disponible de surcroît… mauvaise expérience.!
