   This was the worst meal I’ve had in Great Falls. For a bill that was over $100 it was awful food. They were out of what we wanted early in the evening so we orders hamburgers that were overcooked on the burgers and served on a cold/frozen bun. Server was not overly kind and it took a long time to get our food on a not so busy night. Ended up not eating my dinner that night since it took her so long to come back to check and see how our meal was. Wasted time and money going there.

   Our waitress was not very attentive , did not seem like she wanted to help us. The steak I had was horrible with over half fat and very thin cut of meat. The waitress also charged us for the incorrect menu items. Overall a vey disappointing visit to this restaurant.

   For years, Jakers has been a favorite destination when visiting Great Falls. The food is always good and the ambiance is festive. I think the prices are very high now. Most of the lunch options are between $15 and $22 which seems like a lot for a sandwich and fries.

   My group waited there for 3 hours and didn’t get our food at all but still had to pay.

   Best restaurant in Great Falls. Exceptional service. We arrived at 5:15am and they were already out of Prime Rib. We ordered a TBone steak instead. A little over done for a medium rare. However still very good. The shrimp cocktail was a winner .... reminded us of the 70s... cold crisp shrimp with the perfect cocktail sauce. If one is not looking for burger, this is restaurant a excellent alternative. (The restaurant with the best burgers on Montana is closed on Monday)

   Shane was a good waiter. We were seated 10 min after our reservation time. We waited 50 minutes for our food. The baked potato was mushy. There was too much fat on the prime rib. Ruined our 31st anniversary dinner.

   Cedar plank salmon was way undercooked even though I asked for it medium well. Asked for no salt on margarita, but it had salt and was disappointing. Not worth the cost. Wouldn’t recommend.

   The cedar plank salmon, seared ahi, shrimp and cream cheese wontons, and sides (especially the loaded baked potatoes) were all absolutely delicious. Our server Patti Sue was lovely, knowledgeable, funny and engaging. All of our food arrived at the table piping hot, right off the grill. That's rare in most restaurants. The scones and honey butter are a unique, special treat. All of it was fantastic.

    Amazing service and menus. Enjoy the lobster bisque. Steaks cooked to perfection. Special shout out to David for excellent service.
