I’ve been to Jak’s a few times and while the food doesn’t exactly blow you away, this time around everything we ordered was just not good. Bhuna chicken looked awful and had too much cardamom, pani puri was ok but rather bland, calamari in the seafood platter was like rubber. Drinks were fine and our server was actually pretty attentive and courteous. Will consider posting a better review if I find the courage to go back and have a different experience

Food is not good. They do not take any effort to make a special occasion memorable. Terrible experience, will not comeback.

Jaks is a different place during each service, we had gone there a few times for dinners, and loved it, nice ambience, good food, and drinks. But during lunch hour, it was a completely different place. Food was still good, but limited menu, and their star dish with raw jackfruit wasn’t on the menu! Which was a little disappointing. The service also was very slow. For a prefixed set of dishes, and busy lunch time, you’d expect things to be doled out faster, but they were swamped .. and we were waiting 45 mins for entree to come out. Not an acceptable service. Hire more kitchen staff people!

we had a relaxing family dinner, tasting the yummy appetizers. Butter chicken was okay but the parts biryani was awesome.

We visited for our anniversary. While the main course was cold, the appetizers were good, and the service was quite impressive. The staff offered to take photos and were accommodating to our requests. I would definitely recommend the drinks at this place
