    The food was delicious and the service excellent. It felt pricey for the ambiance. The restaurant is shabby when you look closely. Cockeyed artwork, unkept bathrooms, etc.. the toilet paper dispensers were lying open and empty. Seemed like little attention to detail of caring for the space

    I’m not sure what has happened to Jaks. We were seated 35 minutes later than our reservation time. Cosmo was overly sweet. 20oz bone in ribeye was ordered medium rare, it was literally mooing when I got it. They took it back to rewarm it. When the steam came back the UFO was cold, steak was cooked to temp, but the rub on the steak was burned to charcoal so it was inedible. This use to be our favorite steak house but a series of recent disappointments at the west Seattle location has us looking for a new spot to enjoy a steak

    Great service, everyone was very accommodating, considering we dined a bit later in the evening. Steaks are always cooked perfectly .
