   Food was good. But our favorite was the mussels in green sauce, a must try if you go. Service was really good even at 10pm, there was not rush. Drinks were okay. View is amazing, I recommend table by the water.

   honestly the dining experience was a total let down. This was a birthday dinner that we were so excited about because this restaurant has great gf/allergen options, and the paella is to die for. What a huge bummer to find out that they aren't making any paella because they don't have any wood for the fire pit. instead they are making small batches and making plates and charging a good amount for a small portion. This restaurant was worth the hour drive to it but after tonight I don't think it is anymore.

   Some dishes are fine and some just aren't worth it. It used to be a lot better (at least the last time we went there). This time was a bit disappointing, especially when you consider the price. The Iberico palleta was dry... And the jamon was closer to the bone and had a lot of fat compared to meat as well as tougher compared to the rest.

   We love Jaleo! We tried a few new items the Jamon con Pina, SO good! We always get the endives. The garlic shrimp was good and the tuna was so good. Always great time when we go to Jaleo.

   It’s was great evening, we got seated outside with a very nice view. The Hostess was very nice to ask if we were still interested in dinning outside and that we could eat inside, we kept our original choice. The waitress explained the menu and was very knowledgeable about the food and beverages, she was very attentive to us. As the food came out to us the food was given a great little explanation as to how it was prepared while we enjoyed learning. The food was amazing, tasted superb. I had the 6oz ribeye, and my girl had the sausage with mash potatoes, very good dishes. The appetizer was great as well, the waitress gave her best recommendations and we did the thins sliced meats and this toast with tomato on top, it was amazing. The rest of the evening was great and my girl loved the rest of the night. Will come back to try more things in the menu.

   They sat us next to the hostess stand when there were several seats open. It was a chilly night and the sliding doors kept opening - being this close to the entrance is very distracting. Would recommend sitting towards the middle/back of the restaurant for a better ambiance. Food was good. Had the octopus, mussels and arroz con pollo paella. Chicken and mushrooms were amazing. Wish there was more rice - could’ve done without the green beans. This was our second visit here. Haven’t found something we really love yet. Will give it another try to test some other dishes.

   I always try to eat at a Jose Andres restaurant when I’m near one because I respect the work he does with the World Central Kitchen and his food is always delicious. This past time, I took my in-laws and was a bit nervous because they take their tapas seriously and have high expectations. Rafael was an excellent waiter and we couldn’t have asked for a better overall dining experience!
