Permanently closed. Booked before they shut so thanks to Open Table for sending confirmations and reminders when the restaurant had already closed!

We booked a place through your website for Friday at 20:00 in London. We took a special cab from Covent Garden to Schroditz to celebrate a 20-year anniversary. We came to our amazement that the restaurant was closed ... and it seemed to have been closed forever (due to bankruptcy we read about in the paper but we did not believe it due to the booking and confirmation through you including reminders of the invitation until the day before). Very disappointing! I think we deserve compensation for the aggravation caused to us ... Regards, Amir Appel

Very disaapointed to not be informed that the restaurant IS CLOSED! even though we got an email the day before to confirm our reservation..

It was closed!!!!! It would be the night of the request for engagement and when I arrived the restaurant was closed, a disappointment, still sent e-mail the day before confirming my reservation and I confirmed.

The restaurant is closed! Even bookings are still accepted, the restaurant is empty because auf bankruptcy.

Thank you Open Table for not informing me that Fifteen had been closed for business. Myself and my friend arrived for our reservation (after my friend had paid for a babysitter for the evening). We arrived only to find that the restaurant had ceased trading. Open Table had confirmed twice that my booking was still going ahead. I am furious no one bothered to update us on this. I won't be using Open Table again thanks to this awful experience.

Obwohl wir für Freitag den 31. Mai 2019 um 18:30 Uhr eine Reservierung bei Jamie Oliver's Fifteen in London hatten standen wir an besagtem Abend vor verschlossenen Türen. Den Medien war ja bereits Wochen zuvor zu entnehmen, dass Jamie Oliver mit seiner Restaurantkette angeblich Konkurs anmelden musste. Wir hofften, dass das Konkursverfahren erst nach unserem Besuch in London eröffnet wird und seine Auswirkungen auf den laufenden Betrieb zeigen wird. Leider war dem nicht so. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass OpenTable uns anstelle einer Erinnerung dass unsere Reservierung bald ansteht eine Information zukommen lässt, dass das Restaurant für immer geschlossen sein wird und eine Bewirtung an besagtem Tag nicht möglich sein wird. Dies war leider nicht der Fall. Wir hatten bislang nur positive Erfahrungen mit OpenTable aber dieser spezielle Fall (falls mal ein Restaurant schließen muss, etc.) scheint wohl nicht in der Systemlogik abgebildet zu sein. Sehr schade...
