Not the same Jane..been there several times in the last several weeks. There is rarely a hostess there when we walk in. Today waiter 6 or 7 minutes for the hostess to show up. Following was the normal terrífic waitress and food.

The chicken salad sandwich was fabulous and full of chicken salad. The tables are a little close together which doesn't give you much privacy and it is hard to hear the person sitting across the table from you. But overall, a good lunch.

Happened upon Jane Bistro & Bar on our first trip to Hilton Head. Had a drink called the Vibe, and it definitely was named appropriately. So refreshing! I had the beef stroganoff which was so good, I’m still thinking about it the next morning. So many flavors, I would say it’s a comfort food, if that’s what you’re looking for. My husband had Mama’s freakin meatloaf, best meatloaf he’s ever had. We’ll be back!

Jane’s is a great place. Selection is perfect. Food is delicious and well presented. Service is always on point. It’s always on my list of places to go .

This is a popular lunch spot in Hilton head that was fully booked for Presidents’ Day. The service was very slow and one member of our party never received his full order although I am confident he was charged for it.
