It was my daughters first experience, I told the man cooking to please do the tricks and the chop chop train trick. He did absolutely nothing.;(

When we first walked up the restaurant appeared to be closed, but we were pleasantly surprised once we walked in. The food and service was great! Roberto "Cruz" was excellent and made our visit even more enjoyable!

Had a reservation and was quickly shown to the furthest table away from everyone already eating. Just myself and fiance. Waited 15-20 min before ever getting to put in an order. Nobody else at the table so we moved to the front of the viewing area and was promptly yelled at by the waitress to "move back...we're going to wait for more people". So...I can't even eat until more people show up?! It's already been 25 min at this point. Oh wait, she comes back 10 min later and says, "ok...other people didn't show up...just go ahead". Yeah, thanks lady. Soup was ok (floating mushroom/onion broth), salad was terrible (soaked in 1/3 bowl of watery ginger sauce), and dinner there was basically NO show. Flipped a couple shrimp, threw the food on our plates, and said "enjoy". Dimly lit, uncomfortable wooden chairs without padding, no activity, and the owner came around before leaving to tell stories about how "we buy the most prime meats and seafood". Right...I wish I could get my $35-40/plate back. Do not recommend.

The food and the service is always excellent no matter how busy they are. The owner will always come out and personally say hi to us on the times that he is there and he is super nice. I have 4 kids and I know that the 6 of us (plus extras if we bring family or friends) is a lot for standar restaurants to accommodate but here it is never a problem. The more people the better and the food is awesome!

We arrived and was told they could seat us but the chef wouldn’t be at our table for at least one hour. I understand that it was Mother’s Day and they were busy, but they should have prepared, or not had the entire place available if they only had two or three chefs.

We waited for over an hour to even be served any food. There was not an apology or any compensation for the poor service. It is overpriced for the amount of food that you receive and it was very crowded.
