Taking a stroll through Melbourne’s iconic Botanical Gardens always leads back to Jardin Tan. The picture-perfect location offers a vibrant fusion of Vietnamese and French cuisine within a modern Australian setting. The exciting and delicious fusion of Vietnamese cuisine at Jardin Tan never fails to excite tourists, families and joggers alike.

Much like the grounds themselves, as the leaves change colour with the seasons so too does the menu. Ingredients are kept local, seasonal and are predominately grown in the garden. Jardin Tan offers a different experience to each diner – enjoy a takeaway coffee from the outdoor kiosk, a warm and cosy indoor lunch or an afternoon drink in the thriving courtyard.

                                          I purchased this high tea as a suprise gift for my sister's birthday. The waiter was amazing but the food was average. All the sandwiches were stale, there was no hot savoury food and the selection of cakes were average. I don't think i'd recommend this high tea to anyone.

                                          This is a lovely restaurant for a lunch time in the Botanical Gardens. The food is delicious, and the service is fast and friendly. We love the outside garden area at the back of the restaurant. Good value for money. Thank you.

                                          We had a very pleasant afternoon at Jardin Tan. The staff were lovely, non intrusive yet helpful and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

                                          What a great way to celebrate my daughter‘s birthday great food , amazing location and excellent service. Highly recommended. Only negative was not a huge tea selection. However tea coffee are unlimited

                                          Some of the waiters were very pleasant. Nothing else about the experience was positive. The head waiter was rude, the food was average and generally the service was disappointing. It is embarrassing for Melbourne that tourists would frequent such a below oar restaurant.
