Hice reservación, la confirmé por la aplicación y llamé. Llegamos y el valet parking son $5 por estacionar justo al frente. Estuvimos una hora y 45 minutos esperando la comida que nunca llegó. Al preguntarle a la mesera nos dijo que todavía no la habían preparado y faltaban mesas por atender que llegaron antes. Nos fuimos, sin comer, ya que la mesera hasta eso nos recomendó.

La comida tardó aproximadamente 3 horas en llegar a la mesa. Aunque el servicio fue excelente. El ambiente y la comida fueron muy buenos.

Upon arrival, the hostess and other staff told us Open Table was not working and they had no record of our Open Table reservation for our Mother’s Day party of 6. However, they arranged a small table with six chairs and the restaurant quickly filled up for Mother’s Day. The staff service was excellent, the bathrooms were sparkling clean and the ambiance was minimalist. Our table wobbled. My wife and I felt the Jarritos nachos with chicken tasted off, like the chicken was not fresh. My mero filet had little taste and the sauce used to smother it in the kitchen tasted as if from a jar. Other dishes I tried from our party tasted like the same low to middle range for taste and quality. I did not hear anyone in our group compliment the food although we had a good time. Our party of 6 ended up paying over $180 with drinks and tip, which felt high for the quality of the food. $5 valet parking was good.

They do not accept Open Table reservations. We arrived with the reservation but were told that they no longer use Open Table and we had to wait 40 mins for a table.

Reservamos por OpenTable pero cuando llegamos la host nos dice q no estaban aceptando reserva en OpenTable q teniamos q esperar afuera. Aunque no tuvimos q esperar, entiendo q si no estan reservando por OpenTable por lo menos lo pongan en la pagina de Facebook. Por otro lado, la comida, bebida y servicio muy bueno. Volvería.

Dont dare to reserve ysing open table. The simply dont use the apps reservation system and worst of all just dont’ care. Went there to celebrate my wifes birthday, did a reservation for 8, and got stood up by the hostess. They didnt even care to come up with a solution, she simply said that they dont use this app and they were busy. Loud and nosiy as hell! Stay away.
