We booked this restaurant for our son's bday during Thanksgiving week. The table they gave us was very pretty and had a great view of the fountains and was in the center of the room. The decor is very pretty but that's about it. Service wise, sadly it was one of the worst service we have experienced in a very long time. The kids ordered an appetizer and my husband and I ordered one as well. They brought out the kids appetizer first which were eggrolls and then our soup took about 20 minutes to arrive. The servers looked confused and overwhelmed. We had a show to go to and so we had scheduled 1.5 hours to dine and my husband was still late to the show because of the poor service. The food was bland and presentation wise it was okay. Small portions but the price was not bad. My kids and I ended up leaving to go to the show after waiting 20 mins for the bill. I asked a waitstaff to bring the check out as I was leaving telling her we are late for our show and pointed to my husband who was sitting all alone at the table. She nodded as if she was dismissing me. My husband waited another 10 mins after he told the waiter himself he would like the bill. The sad part was we wanted to get our son a dessert for his birthday and because we were running late, we did not even get to celebrate him. Overall, it was a really bad experience. The food was not good and the service was lacking. I wish we would've stayed at our hotel, the Encore and dined there. We have never had a bad meal or service in Vegas except for this place.

The view of the Bellagio fountains were great. Some of the best service that I have had at a restaurant and the food was excellent!

Absolutely fabulous food! Wine list adequate, egg rolls, beef dishes, fish dishes, soup, everything delicious. First time here and won't be the last!

$17 for a side of rice???? You have to be kidding. Poor service, average food and outrageous prices. No thanks. Never again

Very expensive. Portions are small. Lemonade was sprite and they charged $6 for a refill and did not tell us. Everything is a la carte. Left hungry.

Felt very rushed by waiters. Portion sizes were very small and expensive for what we got. Many better places to eat.

I would definitely recommend Jasmine if you’re considering a fine dining experience for Asian-Chinese food! Beautiful dining room and front of house! Service is attentive but when busy they were spread a bit thin, which made segments of needed service not absent but slow. Otherwise it’s a five star element. Food is as advertised!! Simply amazing flavor and the quality of ingredients is present. I enjoyed the Lemon Chicken and XO green beans my wife had Beef w broccoli. All amazing!! Dim sum platter appetizer almost too pretty to eat! The strawberry mousse is also to pretty to eat but so delicious! Again this is a five star restaurant when the kitchen to table service is on point. Try it out-I would go again for sure!!
