Overall pretty good ? But pricey.?my wife’s black cod had to be sent back …undercooked! Were comfy with desert. Special Florida snow crabs were very small and over priced. Spend the same at Water Grill and get better seafood!

Bryan, Kristopher and Caroline were awesome! We LOVED the food! We had 5 people helping serve our table and the manager made several stops by to see how things were and he was also extremely cordial. This is a 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience!

Food was just okay. Weird to be sitting on a back “private dining room” when we did not request it. Ambiance wasn’t great back there. Also don’t charge your guests a building improvement fee that’s not their responsibility to pay for that ….

We always jump at the opportunity to use feedback like yours to improve so that we can be better for the next guest who comes through our door. I'm sorry that the seating arrangement wasn't to your liking! Next time you make a reservation you're welcome to request the main dining room. In the meantime, we will reassess the ambiance in that room! As for the public improvement fee, I'm sorry about that! It's written into the lease of all of the businesses in our plaza... we're not a fan of it either! I look forward to hearing back from you, and hope we can make it right and regain your trust! The Jax in Lodo and Boulder are much much better than this Jax. Honestly, it was a disappointment. Food was mediocre, ambiance was lacking.
