Jazu is a Hi-Fi Cocktail bar that offers serious drinks and music, with a host of top-class food pop-ups and kitchen residencies.

March sees a 3 week residency by Chef Dan Chambers from Wed 5th - Sunday 23rd. The menu of traditional French bistro classics have been reimagined with a fresh, modern approach.

The Head Chef of Bambi, Chambers (previously 10 Greek Street, Four Legs, Belly & Brunswick House) brings a taste of France to Jazu, with his 'New Wave French Bistro' menu. Reinventing bistro classics, Dan brings global influences and the finest local & seasonal produce, pairing classical French techniques & flavour pairings with a relaxed, playful attitude.

There are leeks served w/ white crab & a buttermilk dressing; Stella-battered scallop w/ chip shop curry sauce; Skate Wing served 'au poivre' & butter beans. For something sweet, there's Chocolate cremeux w/ hazelnuts...

There is a Prix Fixe on Wednesday (£25 set menu & drink) and Sunday sees a long, lazy lunch service.

Excellent space, the cocktails were delicious, and the service was so thoughtful. Me and my partner had a wonderful time listening to the ambient songs and chatting over delicious concoctions, a really beautiful way for us to spend valentine's. Although we didn't try and food, I definitely got food envy! Will come back for the food and more delicious vibes.

Amazing again - different menu this time but just as good as always. Drinks awesome and good range and the tip top team looking after you - just the best.

Lovely bar; great music and a wide array of drinks to choose from. Even the non alcoholic drinks were lovely. Bit crowded, but they do with their space what they’re able to; small price to pay for good ambiance and great music.

We had a lovely evening with amazing food and music. Great the idea of giving the kitchen to different chefs for pop ups

This is a great place. The food residency has been first class every time I’ve been. Drinks are made and chosen with real care. Service is great and really welcoming. Music and atmosphere feels like a proper night out. It’s all done with care and love and it shows
