   I have to be honest. I’ve been here a half dozen times in last 6 months and never had a complaint. Food and service was always excellent until tonight. Tonight the fried calamari and shrimp would better be substituted for potato chips… I have never had crunchy calamari or shrimp.. Three of us ordered the mahi mahi with crab special. It was god aweful and burnt to a crisp. Talked to our wonderful server and she agreed as soon as she looked at it. We reorder filets that came out (after a fall hour) overdone and bland. Not sure what has happened but very disappointing for a $500 dinner…. Couldn’t even comp our drinks or even an appetizer. Very disappointed after telling our guests how good dinner USED to be. Gonna be hard to go back.

   Very disappointed with my experience last night! Food was mediocre, server was terrible and they knew this was a birthday celebration but never offered anything. Server was miserable. Only positive was the Host. Will be awhile until I’d go back!

   I took my wife to Jazzbolynn for dinner and we enjoyed it thoroughly! It was our 1st time there and we will certainly return. We were immediately greeted by 2 friendly hosts and quickly seated. The food was delicious. Our server, Jenna, was so friendly and so knowledgeable about the menu and the different types of wine offered. She took the experience from good to great.

   This establishment continues to impress each and every time! Most recently, I had the pleasure of dining here and experiencing the winter menu for the first time, which certainly did not disappoint. During our meal, we had the opportunity to try two appetizers, two entrees, and a dessert. We began our meal with an espresso tonic mocktail from the bar, which was unlike anything I’ve tried before- so unique and refreshing. We followed that with our appetizers, for which we selected the pork belly and scallop special and the Brussels sprouts. The Brussels sprouts were fried to perfection and paired with a horseradish aioli that complimented their flavor without being overpowering. The pork belly and sea scallops appetizer was an absolute must try for any visit! The rich flavors of the decadently soft pork belly went beautifully with some of the greatest scallops I’ve tasted. For our entrees, we selected two dishes: the braised short rib with cheddar polenta and sea scallops with parmesan risotto and asparagus. The braised short rib was incredibly tender, the cheddar polenta paired fantastically with the sauce from the short rib, and the vegetables paired with the dish were cooked in a way that gave them a rich, savory quality that rounded out the dish. The sea scallops, risotto, and asparagus (largely ordered based on our appetizer experience) was my personal favorite dish of the evening. The scallops themselves had a wonderful texture, and were far from having that ‘fishy’ taste. They were rich and bright, which was accentuated by the lemony parmesan risotto. The dish was finished with tender asparagus which brought so much brightness and color to the dish. We finished our meal off with a delicious sponge candy cheese cake- a sweet and luxurious nod to Buffalo! The environment was so relaxing and all of the staff were so welcoming and helpful, especially our server Michelle! All in all, Jazzboline never fails to deliver an excellent meal with excellent service!

   First time there. Everything was very nice. Beautifully decorated, great service and delicious food. We really liked the menu on iPads with pics and descriptions of the dishes.

    The ambience is great, nice bar area. Tables could use white tablecloths, lighting should be dimmer. Food was disappointing - pork chop was charred and dry, vegetable gratin was not tasty. Our chocolate cake dessert was served in a small, metal skillet, the handle was extremely hot! I burned my hand on it when I went to move it. The server should have warned us about the hot handle and it should have been served with a handle holder to prevent that from happening. This was our first time there, we would return to have drinks at the bar, but won't be going back for dinner. Very disappointing!
