   So JBJ was my mom and I first time eating there and we loved it our server Margaret was amazing and the food was so good I definitely plan on coming back. Sincerely, Kristen tyler

   Was wishing for Bon Jovi music to be playing during dinner on the 4th floor, disappointed none on roof top when we looked there

   I made reservations thru OpenTable and chose "front row" seating. There was also "back stage" seating. Which put you in the seating you wanted near the band. I was pretty upset when we were sent to the top floor and sat in the darkest bar with no band. Light music was playing. We requested seating near the band. There was plenty of seating on every level. We were stuck in nowhere land. But the food was fantastic. I had the filet mignon.

   The cover band was great, the waitress was slow but ok.

   Ordered 1/2 rack of ribs and a few cocktails. Drinks tasted a bit weak and ribs were charred burnt on the surface. Service was intermittent at best.

   Poor service. Don’t take reservations if you don’t want to serve dinner.

   Two thumbs down. In three hours of being there three of us never even got our dinner. It was ten degrees outside yet we were seated under a fan on full blast and they couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. Got food but got no silverware despite asking four different people. I eventually had to go downstairs and get our silverware from a private party being hosted. But by the time I got it everyone’s food is cold. Got our bills wrong too. We left hungry and upset, wasting three hours in a place that was disorganized and not being able to leave as they had our credit cards while trying to figure out how to charge for this mess of a dinner.

   Super fun venue. Both bands that we saw excellent. Food was surprisingly good even if just bar staples.!

    Absolutely amazing place. From the staff to the food to the whole atmosphere of the place 5* from start to finish. If you’r in Nashville its a must. From the UK but hopefully we’l be back
