   Dani and Zachary were so nice and helpful! Will definitely be coming back. Also the pizza is to die for and the hot girl summer drink 10/10!

   Had a great dinner with friends. Our server Robert was outstanding. He attentive and well informed. He recommended great dishes we all enjoyed. Some of the highlights were the cauliflower, cheese toast, Caesar salad, the Frankie pizza and chicken parm. So good! If you like spicy cocktails, the Ananas is on point.

   Friendly and informative wait staff. Was seated and served pretty quickly. The mark down is because of added 4% employee benefit fee…this is the responsibility of the restaurant not the customer!! Unfortunately I had to deduct the amount from the tip which isn’t fair as it but I’m tired of getting ripped off.

The 4% employee benefit fee is included on the check prior to payment, as well as listed at the bottom of each menu for transparency. If you ever feel uncomfortable with the charge, please don’t hesitate to kindly ask your server to have it removed. I’ve gone ahead and refunded the 4% fee from your check.    Will was a knowledgeable and attentive service. The service is amazing, the food is amazing. We were thrilled with everything. We got the cheesy toast, a kale salad (table favorite), the orrechiette and tagliatelle pastas, a Hapa pizza, and a chicken parm. Everything was 10/10!!

   Our children's meal came, they ate them, and our meals never did. We were the third table sat when they opened, and after an hour, we still didn't have our sandwich and pizza. Finally, we asked for the check, as our child with special needs would not be able to sit for another thirty minutes for us to eat. Ten minutes later, our food was ready and boxed to go. During our wait, our table was not cleared of empty beverage bottles, glasses, and dirty plates. They were kind enough to hold our food while we attended the theatre. We did appreciate the special Harry Potter menu, even if it was only two items (although my son was sad that there wasn't anything on the menu for kids).

   Jemma Hollywood is a fantastic placed to go for good authentic Italian cuisine. The ambience, the service is a 5 out of 5. I will be back soon with more new friends.

    This was my first time dining at Jemma. The restaurant is very elegant as you enter. You are greeted by very friendly staff. My server answered my questions about specific items on the menu. I ordered the spicy rigatoni and a side of grilled broccolini. The rigatoni had just the right amount of heat. Along with the broccolini the meal was perfect for a pre-theater lunch. I will definitely return again.
