We showed up for our reservation, only to find the venue closed. Apparently, they only open for special events. But yet still accept and confirm reservations only to leave people stranded outside of a closed venue. Please remove them from open table to avoid others from experiencing the same inconvenience.

Our team of servers went above and beyond for our very large party. Can’t say enough great things about their attentiveness. Truly exceptional, thank you!!!

As stated on Instagram with the bar, no one answered the door even with a reservation. We were told they were open and then they said they were not.

If I could give 0 I would! I got to the place at my reservation time to be met with some weird looking guy holding a pizza pie on a platter in front the door. We said hello and proceeded to open the door and the man says the place is closed. I said how and we were able to make reservations. He claims we should’ve gotten a cancellation email. WE DIDN’T. My husband proceeds to open the door and says he wants to see for himself. The “general manager” as she claimed he was stated it was closed for a private event. Private events don’t happen spur of the mom they are planned. So the fact that I was able to make a reservation and made my way there on time and paid for parking is what really made me angry. And it was my birthday and this is where I wanted to end my night. Thankfully we found something cute nearby but that was such a turn off and I crossed them off my speakeasy list of places.

They took our reservation even when there was a private event host there. We couldn’t get it. It was pointless going that far.

Had reservations and walked all the way there and they were closed due to maintenance. No message or anything letting us know

Made reservations far in advance, traveled to get there just to be told there is a private party and the entire place is closed for the next two nights. Employee at the door then pressured us to go into the attached next door bar where service was slow, the place was empty, and three shots were $50. No thanks.

We had a reservation but there was an hour long line to get in regardless. We couldn’t get drinks at the spritz bar.. we’ve had great experiences at Spritz historically but this was frustrating.

Curtis and Davis were amazing! They were patient and provided great customer service. Curative even went through the cocktail menu explaining what each drink was. I loved the environment and the staff. Will be going back!
