   The ambience was great and service was impeccable! Food was subpar. We ordered mashed potatoes and corn cheese. Recommend the potatoes so yummy! Corn cheese was too much cheese and little corn. We ordered hanger steak and bulgogi for the grill. Bulgogi tasted more like a minced beef and the hanger steak did not wow us. Overall, okay experience. I’d recommend to try it, but definitely would not drive out of my way for it.

   The timing of our meal was really off… our friendly server would come by & then we wouldn’t see him for a long time, as if he was overcommitted. We watched everyone who was seated after us get served before us. Then, when we were served it was like he was in a rush, trying to cook multiple items at once. We had to ask him to slow down. Our side arrived just before our 5th meat was ready to cook so we sent it back (not our MO, never feels good). In contrast, the neighbors received their side just before the meat was brought to their table. The food was good, it was a louder restaurant & rather casual. Wine menu was just OK for meals that were $50+ each…

   Always great food and love the new dessert! But please bring back the Caesar salad!

   My experience at JOA was absolutely amazing! I booked a resy the first time to celebrate my husband’s birthday with family and friends. They were able to accommodate our large group and our waiters John & Charles provided excellent service! The food was tasty and the drinks were delicious! The food and service was so great that my husband and I actually ended up booking again a few days later on his actual birthday! They gave my husband a birthday card signed by the staff and had a “happy birthday” sign at the table which was super thoughtful! Our waiter Yazan (sorry if spelled wrong) was very attentive and gave great suggestions! We will definitely be back again, highly recommend!!

   Great meats/steak, terrific waiter, and hip vibe in the restaurant! We all enjoyed the experience!

   Our table was a bit late however the manager made sure we were comped with drinks at the bar 😊

   Celebrating my son's birthday!! Food was delicious with a variety of choices!! Server was great and friendly thanks Joseph for giving us a great experience!! We will be return.

    You should definitely give this place a try. It was my daughter's bday so I brought her and her friend out to eat. Apparently the night we went, it seems like everybody was celebrating a bday. The waiters all came out to give you some icecream and a candle and they even sing some. It's BBQ, but wasn't smoky at all. We had the oysters which was lovely and the premium meat selection to cook. It was great!!!
