Joe’s Crab Shack offers a variety of favorites from all parts of the sea and shore. From its extensive menu, guests can choose from buckets of seasonal seafood, fried shrimp platters and fish dishes, as well as options from the “mainland” that include steak, sandwiches, and chicken. Guests can indulge in over-sized and creative cocktails, such as the Shark Bite which is playfully garnished with a shark toy. Since its inception, Joe’s popularity has stemmed not only from its menu, but also its retail store. With various pieces of merchandise for purchase, including the ever-popular tie-dye T-shirt with the phrase “Peace, Love and Crabs,” Joe’s has become synonymous with the word “fun.”

The food portions for the price was unbelievable. And the waiters take the plates away when you’re still eating i don’t know if it’s to get you to order more. Starters that cost $20 is only a little bit of food. I wouldn’t recommend this location at least.

Their buckets are great but don’t order fish plates here guys it’s dry and awful and they forget the sauce!!

My family ate dinner on August 30th, 2024. Since we left we have all been sick. I had to go to the walk in clinic today because I was dehydrated from getting so sick. What a complete disappointment. Our bill was almost $300.00 & now I have a $200.00 doctor bill on top of what made us all sick. NEVER AGAIN!

Had a great time. Our server was amazing. He was very attentive and quick to fix when a meal was wrong. Food was delicious. Would stop by again!

A terrible experience! Service was awful and we couldn’t hear a thing she was saying. One meal out of 5 took 30 minutes to arrive after the others at the table received their food. Server never came back for drink refills. Very uninteresed in our table. Was not a pleasant experience. Mgr tried rectifying with discounts, but damage was done.

Good food, reasonable prices, excellent service. Nice local vibe, even though it’s a chain. Note: the Joe’s we went to was in Corpus Christi, not Galveston.
