   I had Yasmine has my server!!! She was outstanding and friendly!!! I would highly recommend to go to her or ask for her!!! The food was amazing!! 100% would go back again

   There was a very loud group of women sitting next to us who were very distracting…we were not able to relax and enjoy a nice evening out as a result. Food and service amazing as always!!!

   Service started slow but staff were extremely friendly. Cocktails and gyoza were awesome. All six of us enjoyed it very much. In fact we’d come back just for the gyoza. Our server was very kind and patient about all our tables modifications to the menu to make sure we all were accommodated. The disappointment came when the food arrived. Everything was room temp at best. Nothing steaming hot or even warm. My steak was cold. Our side broccolini was ice cold. My guests pasta was barely warm. Shrimp tempura was room temp and the crab cakes were cold. It was clear our food had sat in the window for a while. When we brought it to the servers attention, she apologized but offered no solution other than telling the manager. When the manager came over, she was very sweet and apologetic but again, no solution other than she’ll tell the kitchen. It was my birthday and I chose Joey because my boyfriend and I had been twice, really enjoyed it, and wanted to impress our family. But sadly we all left disappointed in the food quality simply because of the temperature. Flavors were great but we were not expected to eat barely room temp or cold food. The manager comped a couple desserts but honestly, we just wanted them to come over sooner, offer to either heat up our food or replace it. We are happy to pay for it when the restaurant makes it right. But not when a solution isn’t presented. It will be a while before my boyfriend and I return. My family definitely won’t be back which is disappointing. I really wanted them to love it.

   The service at Joey Dallas is consistently fabulous! It’s always an uplifting and enjoyable environment. It’s a nice addition to the North Dallas dining scene :-)

   Great service, a complementary glass of champagne was given before we sat. The waiter continued to make sure we were happy. It is a good place to go for a night out to be social and great date night place. The dress code was smart casual but a dress or dress shirt still would fit in with the setting. Located in the mall Apple Maps will have you walking through the mall so try to park closer to where it’s marked on the mall.

   I had a reservation for 7:30. We got sat immediately. A server never came to our table. At 7:55 I had to try and flag someone down. Because of a miscommunication between servers, we didn’t get drink orders in until 8:10. The server put in one of our guest order incorrectly. I also asked for ranch 3 times. The server said it was coming & it never came. The whole time I think our server checked on our table 3 times. The food was amazing, but I felt like our table was constantly forgotten about.
