We were warmly welcomed when we arrived for an early lunch before a matinee. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, especially our server Victoria. We each had the cobb salad which was tasty and plentiful. Only suggestion would be to have a few more brunch-type of offerings on the menu. Our lunch was very pleasant and we will return.

Met a group of friends here on Saturday night and was disappointed. Took 25 mins and three requests to get a glass of wine despite the rest of the table getting their orders. One meal was delivered wrong. Server changed three times, and many servers could be seen in a corner on their phones. Hopefully just an off night?

Excellent service, presentation, and menu. The main floor is elevated and there is no ramp or warning. My wife and I both tripped and fell stepping down. You need to have a ramp instead of a step and better lighting or signage or people are going to get seriously hurt at the Eaton Centre location.

We had the privilege of Christopher serve us, he was so sweet and his tattoos were cool! The lady manager was super friendly, I thought my mash potatoes were spring rolls,( best potatoes ever!!!) anyways she came by the table to see if I enjoyed them. As she heard me say “ oh that’s not what I ordered, I had mashed potatoes with my steak” she said “ you will love these, try them , I will come by and see what you think”

My experience at Joey was great. The food was incredible, and the complementary champagne and dumplings were very much appreciated. Our server was Menorah and she did a wonderful job taking our orders and queries. I look forward to dining at Joey again.

I used to live across the street from a JOEY location. The food was consistently better. The last two visits to this location have been disappointing.

Brooke was fantastic, super energetic and fun, she really went above and beyond and gave us a phenomenal experience. We just had a bunch of appetizers and they were delicious! The ceviche is unreal and the steak and ravioli were to die for. The crème brûlée cheesecake is also a must 👌 Highly recommend!
