    Food, complimentary welcome drink, atmosphere, service, shortly everything was great, especially our waitress Nathalie and her recommendations, plus our table’s position was unforgettable. We will for sure come back.

    The food was really good and the staff was very friendly and the whole experience was wonderful. I would 100% go back and I highly recommend it to someone else who wants to go.

    Waited 2 hours for main entrees and was late for the leafs game food was good but was forced to eat super fast overall very disappointing

    We arrived and we were welcomed. As we were being seated, our server (Ava) announced we had a time limit at our table, which we thought was kind of rude. Our server took our drink orders and gave us her recommendations on the menu. When we placed our orders (based on her recommendations) she told us one of the items was sold out. It was 5pm! From then on, we didn’t see our server other than when she was rushing past our table. We waited 1 hr and 10 minutes for our food to arrive. 3 tables that were seated after us were eating long before us. We had to flag down another server to place another drink order while we waited. That order took 20 minutes to arrive and we had to question why we hadn’t received it. When we told our server that we had been waiting for our food for a long time, she said it was because our orders were complicated. Steak Frite, a chicken sandwich, fish tacos and udon noodle bowl. Does that sound complicated? All basic menu items, no special requests. And my fries were room temperature when our food finally arrived. Horrific service! Never again!

    This time, everything was absolutely perfect! My friend and I visited the restaurant again, and we were truly impressed. The service was attentive, friendly, and professional. Deanna B. took care of us, and she was amazing! The manager, Taylor, also came over to greet us, which was a lovely touch. The steak and tuna rolls were absolutely flawless this time - so delicious! We also ordered ceviche, which was incredibly fresh and well-balanced in flavor. For dessert, we had the cheesecake and donuts - both were simply fantastic! Thank you for a wonderful evening. We will definitely be coming back!
